At Smileactives, we want you to be completely satisfied with your brightening results. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return your products within 60 days for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our dedicated customer care team via phone or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return address.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products, including any unused portions and original packaging, and clearly write your assigned RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Send your return using a trackable shipping method of your choice to ensure it arrives safely at our processing center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
